Each week, you will have 3 sessions programmed on your app.
The first session is called the ACADEMY because the main purpose of it is to teach you about the SKILL OF THE WEEK…which we’ll do through a combination of videos and short practice drills.
The other two sessions are called the WORKOUTS because they will give you a chance to do lots of fun drills practicing the SKILL OF THE WEEK and other important basketball fundamentals.
While most exercises were created so that you can do them on your own, they’re even better if you have a partner…so go ahead and bring a friend to your workout.
SSB Online Courses are designed for players who have access to a hoop. If you don’t have access to a hoop, you will still be able to learn all the information and do a significant portion of the drills…but you will either have to shorten the workouts or need do extra repetitions for the exercises which don’t require a hoop.
SSB Online Workouts are designed to provide players with a variety of different workout options including workouts for players who do not have access to a hoop.
