FAQs
Do I have to do the workout on the particular day that it is given?
No. The Online Training Programs are meant to be flexible. Players can go back and do previous sessions, do sessions in the future or repeat sessions.. It is easy and accessible!
Do I need any extra equipment?
All that is required in the Online Training Programs are a ball and a hoop.
It is helpful to have a few objects (like a t shirt or pair of shoes) that can be used as a marker.
How long do I have access to the training account for?
You will have access to the XPS training account for 6 months. This allows you to repeat sections of the training if you want and train on your own schedule.
Do you need a partner to pass or rebound?
No, a second player is not required. All the workouts and drills are designed so that one player can complete the workouts on their own.
However, a partner passing or rebounding can also help the efficiency and speed of the drill in many cases.
How long is a typical workout?
The typical workout is between 45 Minutes and 75 Minutes depending on the skill portion and the level of the player.
How do I access my account?
We will email you your account information including your username and login.
At any time if you lose your access you can always email Split Second Basketball and we will be able to resend your account information.
What size court do I need?
All the drills are made for a half court and can be modified for a smaller half court like a backyard or the street.
