Whether a beginner or elite player prepping for a post secondary basketball career, we have great training options for you. Use the following system to help determine the program that is the best fit.

 Level 1: Foundational

Build a rock solid foundation in a fun, challenging and supportive environment

Suggested player experience

  • grades 2-4 with moderate basketball experience
  • grades 5+ with little basketball experience

 Level 2: Competitive

Continue building great habits while being put into increasingly competitive situation

Suggested player experience

  • grades 3-4 with lots of basketball experience
  • grades 5+ with good basketball experience OR strong athletic background

 Level 3: Demanding

Push outside your comfort zone as you strive to meet the demands of this training

Suggested player experience

  • grades 5+ with lots of basketball experience
  • “3+” is elite level
